Each client has a unique need and therefore rather than list the various services that we offer our clients, we prefer to give you some examples of how we have successfully assisted some of clients enter the Asian markets. - We identified, evaluated and qualified a Japanese distributor in the healthcare sector for a Swiss medical equipment manufacturer. The exclusive distribution agreement was concluded in 1997 and sales have continued for over 17 years, illustrating the solid relationship that we have built between the buyer in Asia and the seller in Switzerland.
- We conducted extensive research for a Swiss high-end luxury brand that was unsatisfied with their existing Japanese exclusive agent. We discovered that the agent was not abiding to his agreement and therefore we negotiated an exit of the agreement and identified a new exclusive agent in Japan.
- We represented the UK's largest office furniture manufacturer at the time and successfully negotiated the exclusive distribution rights of one of the product ranges with Japan's largest office furniture manufacturer and distributor. The contract was acknowledged by the UK’s Ministry of Trade & Industry as the largest contract for a UK supplier of office furniture to Japan.
